Modeled pericylic reactions computationally with density functional theory and various other ab inito and semi-empirical methods. Applied variational transition state theory to model quantum tunneling in the Bergman cyclization and other pericyclic reactions.

Projects

ICU RDD

The goal of this project is to assess ICU treatment guidelines using regression discontinuity.

MIMIC-III CCU

The goal of this project is to characterize the CCU cohort in MIMIC-III in order to develop models which will inform future clinical trial work.
